Vitaflex means “vitality through the reflexes”. It is based on a complete network of reflex points that stimulate all the body systems. Energy is released through electrical impulses created by contact between the fingertips and the reflex points.  The signals then travel through the nerves to the organs to improve electrical communication within the body.

• Colon Clearing – on the shins and soles of the feet
• Lung reflex areas
• Bronchial points
• Sinus points
• Head & brain vitaflex on the toes
• Vitaflex on the head
• Heart pump
• Vitaflex for the ears
• Lymphatic pump
• Hip/Atlas vitaflex

Suggested essential oils to use for each technique will be covered in class.Students will learn the theory and history of Vitaflex, and will learn to apply the techniques techniques by practicing on each other.

Having the opportunity to receive the techniques, as well as practice them on several other people will enhance the learning of these skill techniques.

VitaFlex can be practiced alone, or with oils.  Actual use of oils in this class will be for the ear VitaFlex technique only.

The Book we use for this class is “Healing for the Age of Enlightenment” by Stanley Burroughs.  

Vitaflex techniques are incorporatied in to the Raindrop Technique and thus, this class is a prerequisite to taking the Raindrop I and Raindrop II courses.
