Research has shown that emotions have a tremendous impact on our health.  Beginning with discovering the endorphin and its role in pain relief and expanding from there, medical researchers are showing the connection between the chemical activities of the body and health.  Ancient cultures and many spiritual practitioners have been saying for centuries that emotions impact our health.  Essential oils can enhance the emotional clearing experience with their uplifting aromas.

In the C.A.R.E. Emotional Release class, the students will learn:

·         Why emotions are thought to be so important to our health and well being

·         Areas of the body that typically are impacted by negative emotions

·         Attitudes, feelings, and emotions that may contribute to health issues

·         How to use affirmations and prayerful meditation to help reprogram negative thought patterns

·         How to incorporate therapeutic quality essential oils into an emotional release practice for self-healing.

·         How to incorporate emotional release techniques and oils in a Raindrop session should a client experience a release during a Raindrop.

·         Why aromas are so important to our thought process and release of negativity.

Students will learn through lecture/discussion, Interactive workshop using several texts and essential oils for self-work, and through a demonstration of oil application for an emotional release session.

NOTE- There are no Pre Requisites to this course.

This course is appropriate for counselors, caregivers, those looking for self help, social workers, religious teachers, and motivational teachers.
