Great Resource for Bodyworkers

Anyone who is a body-worker and many who just want to understand the muscles and the pains in their bodies-  particularly if they have been recommended for a surgery due to motion restrictions…. needs to do some research first.  Sometimes doctors like to cut on carpal tunnel, elbow, finger, toes and knees when some muscle work is what is really in order.

Drugs for headaches are another arena where a little research may just save your liver from the residual effects of pain relievers, anti anxiety meds etc.

TMJ disorder is another issue where everything from Botox injections to surgury are reccommended by some western medical practitioners and dentists.  There are actually many muscles that can lead to the TMJ disorder and massage and the essential oils can help with that!

This book is a great resource for how the muscles are strung together to the bones, how to find them to locate each end and it gives the pain referral patters as well as recommended stretches.  For $60 it is well worth it to investigate a bit before subjecting self or loved ones to the knife or to many drug therapies.

Massage-  it is often the last thing we turn to but should be one of the first.

There was once a great healer who healed many using his hands and annointing with essential oils!  He told us we can to!
